ألقت شرطة أمن المجتمع بأم درمان القبض على شاب وفتاة وهما يمارسان الرذيلة، وذلك بعد توفر معلومة لدى شرطة الكبجاب أن هناك منزل تقام فيه الرذيلة بأحد أحياء أم درمان، وبعد وضع كمين محكم من (تيم) المباحث ومعرفتهم للمنزل الذي تمارس فيه الرذيلة، تم إلقاء القبض عليهما وهما في أوضاع مخلة بالآداب، ومن ثم تحويلهما إلى قسم أمن المجتمع لإجراء التحريات اللازمة، وتمت محاكمتهما بمحكمة سوق أم درمان برئاسة مولانا مبارك عيسى تحت المادة (154) من القانون الجنائي لسنة 1991م، والنطق بالحكم وجلدهم(60) جلدة حداً لكلٍ.
